Catching Up

Between quality time with the baby Matthew, three trips to Algodones to the dentist [400 miles round trip each time] a session with the local A-1 rep to adjust my long arm machine and some actual quilting, I haven't had time to blog about it all!
I have another of Andee's quilts to show- that Andee is a prolific quilter and since she had a bit of a shopping spree at the Shop Hop on Saturday no doubt she will be turning out even more quilts!

I think this one looks very Provence-like, the colors are quite lovely.

It's custom quilted with the spineless longarm feathers and graceful swirls and gentle curves.

Aren't the fabrics beautiful?

I have one more quilt on the LA that I plan to finish before we leave Thursday- we are flying to Boston for DH's 50th. HS reunion[ he's an old guy you know, LOL!]

Gorgeous quilt! Lovely fabrics and a nice design. Your feathers are beautiful Ros. Although my FMQ has been put on hold for awhile, feathers are one of my favorites. I enjoy making them and looking at others' feathers. They were a perfect choice for that red border.

Oh my gosh, 400 miles.. that would do me in. Your quilts are absolutely gorgeous. QUESTION: Do you sell long arm services? If so, to what size in inches? Hugs. tammy

LOL! I was looking at your photo as the page loaded ( it's loading slow today for some reason) and I was thinking that the photo looks like you're in your 40's! So I didn't bat an eye when I read that it was your husbands' 50th coming up - until I read the HS reunion part!

What a gorgeous quilt - I love simply everything about it!
I'm saving my pennies so I can buy a quilt for myself, when I finally get home! ;)
